Q: I bought an item that came with a promotional free Gift Card. How and when should I expect delivery of my Gift Card?
A: All free promotional Gift Cards are delivered electronically as an eGift Card and will be sent to the email address on your order. Emails will be generated after the order has shipped or has been picked up in-store.
Q: Who do I contact if there is a problem with my Gift Card?
A: Please contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-286-3076 or via this online email form. Please be sure to include your contact information, order number, and a brief description of the issue. Our Customer Service team will work to ensure any issues are resolved.
Q: I bought more than one qualifying item advertised as having a free Gift Card with purchase. However, when I added items to cart only one Gift Card was shown, why did this happen?
A: Only one gift card is available per qualifying item. However, if you purchase two different items that qualify for separate free Gift Card amounts, (example: one item that qualifies a for free $25 Gift Card, and one item that qualifies for a free $50 Gift Card) both Gift Cards will be automatically added to your cart.
Q: How do I check how much value is left on a Gift Card?
