Adding Points to an ExploRewards Loyalty Account
When making a purchase from Sportsmans.com ensure you are signed into your registered account before checkout. Your purchase will automatically credit your ExploRewards Loyalty Card with the points earned from the purchase.
If you checked out as a guest you will need to call or email customer service within 90 days to have your purchase added manually.
In the event that you made a purchase in one of our store locations that wasn't added to your Explorewards account, please contact us within 90 days of purchase with the following information:
- Name on your Loyalty account
- ExploRewards Loyalty Card Number:
- The phone number you used during registration.
- Transaction Number (This can be found above the date and time at the bottom of your receipt, following the # sign):
- Register number:
- Subtotal amount:
- Date of Transaction:
- Store number or location:
