Sportsman's Warehouse Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These guidelines (the “Terms”) govern all gift cards—whether physical or electronic (“eGift Cards”) (collectively, “Gift Cards”)—issued by Sportsman's Warehouse Holdings, Inc. (“SPORTSMAN'S WAREHOUSE”, “we”, or “us”).

By buying, receiving, or using a Gift Card, you acknowledge and agree to these rules.

Gift Card Status and Utility

A Gift Card is a pre-funded payment tool for buying qualifying products and services at any participating SPORTSMAN'S WAREHOUSE store in the U.S. or through Sportsmans.com.

• Not a Bank Account: Gift Cards are not debit/credit cards and do not function as deposit accounts.
• No Interest: Balances do not earn interest or dividends.
• Non-Reloadable: Unless specified otherwise, you cannot add additional funds to a card once issued.
• Inspection of Card: You agree to inspect a Card to ensure it is not damaged or altered prior to purchase or activation.

No Expiration or Fees

Unless required by law or noted at the time of purchase, Gift Cards do not expire and are not subject to maintenance, inactivity, or service fees.

Note: Promotional or reward cards given for free may have different rules, such as expiration dates, which will be provided when the card is issued.

Redemption Process

You can use your Gift Card at participating retail stores or online at Sportsmans.com.

• Split Payments: If your total exceeds your card balance, you must pay the difference with another accepted payment method.
• No Cash Value: Gift Cards cannot be traded for cash unless mandated by law.

Usage Restrictions

Gift Cards cannot be used for the following:

• Buying other Gift Cards.
• Paying off credit card balances (including the Sportsman's Explorewards Visa®).
• Unauthorized marketing, resale, or advertising without our written permission.
• Any illegal, deceptive, or abusive activity.

Gift Card purchases generally do not count toward shipping minimums or promotional spending goals unless otherwise noted. Some third-party services within our stores may not accept these cards.

Loss, Theft, and Security

Treat your Gift Card like cash. Sportsman's Warehouse is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or the funds on it, nor for cards bought from unapproved sellers. We will not replace cards used without your permission. Once a card is delivered or handed over, the risk of loss belongs to the holder. If lost, stolen, or compromised, we may replace a Card for any remaining value if satisfactory proof of purchase is provided in our sole discretion.

Error Correction and Balance Checks

• Adjustments: We reserve the right to fix a card balance if we identify a billing or clerical error.
• Check Your Balance: Visit Sportsmans.com/gift-cards or check at any participating store. You will need your card number and PIN/security code.

Fraud Prevention and Cancellation

To protect our customers, you agree that SPORTSMAN'S WAREHOUSE may suspend, deactivate, cancel, or void a Gift Card and any associated Card funds without notice if we suspect:

• Fraudulent use or tampering.
• Unauthorized resale or commercial distribution.
• Illegal activity, abuse of the gift card program, or violation of these Terms.

Unauthorized Resale: You may not sell your card to others for value. If you do, we may cancel the card, void all subsequent transactions, and keep the remaining funds. We also reserve the right to deactivate any cards acquired through unapproved third-party resellers.
